Cada pessoa consome uma quantidade espec\u00edfica de calorias dependendo do <b>peso, sexo, altura ou composi\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal.<\/b> Esse gasto cal\u00f3rico n\u00e3o relacionado ao exerc\u00edcio \u00e9 o que no mundo do fitness e da nutri\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 conhecido como &#8220;puro&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><b>A f\u00f3rmula de perda de peso<\/b> \u00c9 sabido: devemos ingerir menos calorias do que gastamos.  quando estamos em <b>d\u00e9ficit cal\u00f3rico<\/b>, nosso corpo utiliza suas reservas para gerar a energia necess\u00e1ria para continuar trabalhando.  Portanto, quando estamos em regimes de perda de peso, nosso corpo queima gordura.
