Para evit\u00e1-lo, nosso corpo est\u00e1 t\u00e3o bem treinado que <b>sabe exatamente quando acordar<\/b>.  Infelizmente, \u00e0s vezes isso tamb\u00e9m se traduz em uma <b>sensa\u00e7\u00e3o horr\u00edvel de p\u00e2nico<\/b> em que acordamos pensando que <b>n\u00f3s adormecemos<\/b>.  N\u00e3o obstante, <b>se adiarmos o alarme, ele desfaz todo o trabalho que nosso corpo estava fazendo, ajudando-nos a fazer uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o suave do sono para a vig\u00edlia<\/b>misturando o <b>horm\u00f4nios <\/b>que nos ajudam a <b>Adormecer<\/b> com que nos ajudam <b>acordar<\/b>, e antes que percebamos, o alarme soar\u00e1 novamente e acabaremos nos sentindo pior.  Ent\u00e3o, por que ter um alarme em primeiro lugar?  O corpo n\u00e3o pode ser confi\u00e1vel para acordar quando precisa por conta pr\u00f3pria?<\/p>\n<p>carrega um <b>rotina di\u00e1ria<\/b> vai nos ajudar <b>dormir melhor<\/b>, mesmo que sejamos p\u00e1ssaros noturnos.  No entanto, devemos estar <b>constantes<\/b>j\u00e1 que mesmo <b>dormir de forma diferente em um fim de semana pode desequilibrar nosso rel\u00f3gio biol\u00f3gico<\/b>desfazendo o trabalho de uma rotina di\u00e1ria.
