How to pray it with trust
Pray calmly, without fear. The center of the prayer is asking for God’s protection, and Saint Michael is remembered as one who serves God, not as someone who replaces him.
You can pray it in the morning, before leaving home, or at night. Afterward, stay a few moments in silence and hand over to God what you are carrying. If the weight is too heavy, also find someone you trust to talk to.
