Pour l&#039;\u00e9viter, notre corps est si bien entra\u00een\u00e9 que <b>Sait exactement quand se r\u00e9veiller<\/b>. Malheureusement, cela se traduit parfois aussi par un <b>horrible sentiment de panique<\/b> o\u00f9 nous nous r\u00e9veillons en pensant que <b>nous nous endormons<\/b>. Cependant, <b>Si nous r\u00e9p\u00e9tons l&#039;alarme, cela annule tout le travail que notre corps faisait, nous aidant ainsi \u00e0 passer en douceur du sommeil \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9veil.<\/b>m\u00e9langer le <b>hormones <\/b>qui nous aide \u00e0 <b>S&#039;endormir<\/b> comment ils nous aident <b>se r\u00e9veiller<\/b>, et avant que nous nous en rendions compte, l\u2019alarme retentira \u00e0 nouveau et nous finirons par nous sentir pire. Alors pourquoi avoir une alarme en premier lieu ? Ne peut-on pas faire confiance au corps pour se r\u00e9veiller tout seul quand il en a besoin ?<\/p>\n<p>charger un <b>routine quotidienne<\/b> va nous aider <b>mieux dormir<\/b>, m\u00eame si nous sommes des oiseaux nocturnes. Cependant, nous devons \u00eatre <b>constantes<\/b>puisque m\u00eame <b>dormir diff\u00e9remment le week-end peut d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer notre horloge biologique<\/b>annuler le travail d\u2019une routine quotidienne.
