Novo istra\u017eivanje objavljeno u American Journal of Clinical Nutrition moglo bi dokazati da je ta tvrdnja to\u010dna, smatra skupina znanstvenika iz <b>Sveu\u010dili\u0161te Harvard<\/b> prou\u010davali tvar koja ovo vo\u0107e \u010dini tako zdravim, \u010dak odre\u0111uju\u0107i koliko ih treba dnevno uzimati i koje dobrobiti imaju za sprje\u010davanje nekih posljedica starosti ili \u201cstarenja\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Prema <b>jabuke<\/b>Osim \u0161to su prisutni u pri\u010dama svih vremena (od epizode o Adamu i Evi do pri\u010da poput Snjeguljice), vrlo su korisni za na\u0161e zdravlje. Izme\u0111u ostalog i zato \u0161to su bogate fitokemikalijama i antioksidansima te poma\u017eu u smanjenju razine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi. Tako\u0111er sprje\u010davaju kardiovaskularne probleme ili upale (artritis ili astmu) te, kao \u0161lag na tortu, zadovoljavaju apetit.<\/p>\n<p>Ali novo istra\u017eivanje je to utvrdilo <b>prava skrivena tajna jabuka je flavonol<\/b>, dijetetski spoj koji mo\u017ee smanjiti &quot;stari\u010dku slabost&quot;, bolest za koju se procjenjuje da utje\u010de na 10 do 15% starijih odraslih osoba, prema studiji, iako je mo\u017eda nedovoljno dijagnosticirana. Nadalje, ovaj gerijatrijski poreme\u0107aj povezan je sa situacijama invaliditeta i\/ili ovisnosti.<\/p>\n<p>U tom smislu, <b>flavonol mo\u017ee biti lijek<\/b> prirodan za pobolj\u0161anje zdravlja i tako\u0111er poma\u017ee u izbjegavanju ove tipi\u010dne bolesti starosti, prema studiji Harvarda. Prevedeno u jabuke, &quot;pojedinci mogu lako konzumirati 10 mg flavonola dnevno kao <b>jabuka srednje veli\u010dine<\/b> ima oko 10 mg flavonola.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIako nije bilo zna\u010dajne povezanosti izme\u0111u ukupnog unosa flavonoida i slabosti, ve\u0107i unos flavonoida (jedna od potklasa flavonoida) povezan je s <b>manje je vjerojatno da \u0107e razviti slabost<\/b>\u201cnastavljaju istra\u017eiva\u010di Shivani Sahni i Courtney L. Millar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKonkretno, najve\u0107i unos kvercetina bio je flavonoid koji je imao najja\u010du povezanost sa sprje\u010davanjem slabosti.
